These are the S/S17 Pantone colours. As you can see, they are very vibrant and eye catching - not the traditional wedding colours. I now need to fit these colours into my trend forecasting images without being unrealistic. S/S17 wedding dresses are still going to be traditional colours so I decided I can add a pop of colour with accessories.
As predicted, 1980's tones are going to return this can shine through my trend forecast in many ways, especially through the hair and make-up. Of course the bright colours are not going to appeal to everyone, so I will still be including some traditional make-up but will be relating to the pantone palette above, especially the first four sections.
My last few projects have mainly involved a muted natural pantone palette, so I am excited to divert some colour through my final major project.
All of these images are from the 'LATAM Colour Direction S/S17 Digital Wave trend package from WGSN.
